Whole dry chilli is charged to the feed hopper.
Stalk and stem are separated from the pod.
Stone, grit and heavy foreign matter are removed by gravity separation.
Loose dust and light matter are drawn off on air.
Cleaned chilli discharges to the mill or to storage.
