A complete line rather than a single machine — typically cleaning, grinding, cyclone separation, dust handling and blending, plus the conveying between them and the control panel that runs it. You give us the material and the target output; we give you a plant that takes whole spice in at one end and discharges pack-ready powder at the other.
Work back from your packing line. If you fill a known quantity per shift, that sets the kg/hr the plant has to sustain, and we size the mill, cyclone and blender around it with headroom. Tell us your material, your shift pattern and your monthly volume and we will do that calculation with you.
Both are food-grade stainless. SS 316 has better resistance to salt and acidic products, which is why we build sugar and salt mills in it. For most spice work SS 304 is the standard, and many customers take contact parts in stainless with a mild-steel structure to balance cost against hygiene requirements.
Heat in the mill drives off volatile oils, and that is where the colour and aroma of a masala live. Carrying the ground product out on air and dropping it through a cyclone keeps the temperature down through the grinding stage, so what you pack still smells and looks like what you fed in.
Yes. Our people travel to site to erect the line, run it in on your material and hand it over working. We do this for installations in India and on export orders.
We have supplied to the Gulf, South Asia, Africa and North America. Export builds are normally specified in full stainless to meet the buyer's hygiene requirements, and we prepare the machines for containerised shipping.
